Bruce Morton joined the KLETC staff in 2008, after retiring from the Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office. He served 20 years with that agency as well as seven years with the Wichita Police Department. Bruce served in several capacities which include patrol deputy, Undercover Narcotics Investigator, DEA Task Force Officer, Person Crime Detective, Rangemaster, Lieutenant, and Captain of the Patrol and Support Divisions. He has a B.A. in Journalism and a B.S. in Administration of Justice from Wichita State University. He was the Sedgwick County Sheriff's Office lead defensive tactics instructor and use of force expert. He is also a graduate of the Central States LEEDS program.
