Deputy Assistant Director 
- Mark joins the staff after serving 14 years with the Great Bend Police Department, where he served as a Patrolman, Corporal, Sergeant, Detective and Detective Sergeant. Mark comes with a wide variety of experience in various aspects of law enforcement. Mark holds a B.A. in Psychology from Fort Hays State University.
