Advanced Leadership and Supervision

Hutchinson Police Department
Hutchinson Police Department is scheduled to host "Advanced Leadership and Supervision", which is put on by Law Enforcement Innovation Center (LEIC), later this year. LEIC is nationally known and they mostly provide training to rural law enforcement agencies. This is a 3-day course that will cover a variety of topics.
Some of these topics include:
- Maintaining Effective Relationships
- Conflict Resolution
- Decision Making and Problem Solving
- Advanced Team Building
This course is FREE and is meant for employees in supervisory roles.

This is meant for current employees in supervisory roles. Also, since this grant funded they are specific about which agencies can attend (larger communities that have a population that exceeds 50,000 cannot attend).
